It is with great sadness that we have learnt about the sudden death of Filipa Bragança in Australia on 21st October. Filipa had huge talent and this, blended with her passion and generous approach, made her an ideal colleague and, for many of us, a dear friend. Recently she was experiencing huge success with the play ‘Angel’ and was half way through a subsequent world tour. Filipa graduated from Drama Studio London in 2014 and many of us here have treasured memories of her. Our thoughts are with her family who have requested time and peace to be by themselves.

2016 marks 400 years since Shakespeare's death and in celebration of his first folio works we set our 2016 graduates a voluntary challenge! We asked them to choose and perform a short Shakespeare scene in a modern context. These clips were recorded on their mobile phones, with no direction or professional editing.
